SHIPPING & RETURNS
For all orders, we do our very best to send your order as quickly as possible. If we have your items available in stock, we will send your order the next business day following the completion of your order. However, sometimes we need a little extra time to make your items if they are not currently in stock. Please allow from 1 business day up to a few weeks for order processing. If you need to receive your items within a specific time frame, please visit our "Contact Us" page or drop us a line at email@example.com and we will see what we can do for you!
We offer free shipping for all domestic orders. Orders will be sent with Iceland Post (Pósturinn) and we will send tracking details via email after the shipment has been sent.
We use FedEx International for all international shipments. They provide the quickest and most reliable service. There is a flat rate of 5.500ISK for all international orders. ATTENTION: It is imperative for international orders that you double check your shipment address and contact details prior to submitting your order. You will receive a confirmation email from us with your FedEx tracking number in order to track your shipment. If FedEx has any issues with delivery, they will use your contact phone number provided at check out in order to get in touch with you. If they are unable to make contact with you for delivery, they will re-send your order back to us in Iceland. In this case, you will be responsible for the return shipment fee. Your original order payment will be used to cover the costs of the return shipment fee.
Inbound VAT, Sales and Use Taxes, and Import Duties
We will include the original sales receipt and order value in the customs declaration. You are liable to pay any inbound taxes or duties imposed by your country's tax and customs authorities.
Our Return Policy
We will gladly accept returns of unused items within 2 weeks of purchase. The items must be unused, aside from trying on, and in their original condition. Please include your original receipt in your return shipment and label your return shipment as a return of goods for customs. Your original form of payment will be refunded. Any shipping fees, including the cost of return shipment to Iceland, are non-refundable.
